In principle, there are no loans in Germany without a credit check. If you have problems with your Credit bureau entries, you have to go different ways. One of them leads to neighboring countries. Here you can apply for an express credit without a credit check. But there are also other options.
Loans without Credit bureau
Without a Credit bureau examination, there is basically no loan approval. However, there are instant loans where the Credit bureau test has already taken place. The best example is the overdraft facility on the checking account. Before this is approved, the bank first checks the Credit bureau and, if there were no objections to an overdraft facility at that time, a limit will be made available.
This limit can be used immediately and nothing stands in the way of an urgent loan without a credit check. Although this is an expensive affair, many consumers use their overdraft facility in their checking accounts. A Credit bureau check will then no longer take place.
Loans without checking creditworthiness
Real loans that are granted without a credit check are called Credit bureau-free loans. These can be applied for quickly and unbureaucratically in Liechtenstein. It is the well-known “Swiss loan”, which is granted by Best Bank from Liechtenstein due to legal regulations.
If you want to apply for such an express credit without a credit check, you don’t need a positive credit rating, but you need other collateral. This includes a permanent employment relationship as an employee, worker or civil servant. The income must be above the seizure-free amount.
The stumbling blocks
Unfortunately there are also providers among financial service providers who take advantage of people’s financial hardship. But these are easy to recognize, because with these offers a prepayment is usually required. Many of these dubious traders also offer bankruptcy advice. It would be better to leave that to debt counseling.
First of all, you should carefully consider whether a loan with debt is necessary at all. Most consumers who want a Credit bureau-free loan have poor credit ratings. But there are also consumers who do not want a loan to be registered with Credit bureau at all. In this case, some borrowers are also drawn to neighboring countries, although the Credit bureau information has been positive. A loan from abroad is not reported to Credit bureau.
